Graydon Bensler, CFA, is a capital markets executive with extensive experience leading and advising public and private companies across North America. He serves as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of PMGC Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: ELAB) through GB Capital Ltd., the firm he founded, owns, and operates. GB Capital provides capital markets advisory, public company readiness, and M&A support, including financial modeling, full-cycle IFRS and US GAAP accounting, regulatory compliance, and operational optimization. He holds a Bachelor of Management and Organizational Studies in Finance from the University of Western Ontario.
